coworkers like to make racist jokes sometimes and their topic of the night was noodles, being the only asian who work at the place i was attacked by multiple questions that made me extremely uncomfortable.

"so taiwanese is chinese? and japanese is different from chinese?"

"can you tell the difference between japanese and chinese? because i can't"

"why do these asian words all end with '-nese'? like chinese, japanese, and taiwanese? is it because you guys always say nese this nese that when you talk in your language?"

people can be so fucking ignorant. don't you realize that it is YOU, those who speak English that came up with all those words that end with '-nese', and not us? so fuck off with all those questions that make you look stupid and start respecting people! plus, asian doesn't mean chinese. There's Thai, Korean, Indonesian, Iranian, Egyptians, and lots more, that don't end with '-nese', you mindless cunts!
